Order Accuracy & Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all information entered at checkout is complete and accurate, including bike year, make, model, part options, color selections, and shipping address. Orders are processed exactly as entered. The Sic Shop LLC is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete information. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us BEFORE placing your order — we're happy to help confirm the right part for your bike.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, uninstalled, unmodified items in original packaging.

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping: if the return is due to customer error (wrong bike info, changed mind, ordered wrong part), the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the error is ours or the product arrives defective, we cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items: custom, made-to-order, powder-coated, anodized, or special-order items; items that have been installed, used, or modified; and items fulfilled by third-party suppliers marked as final sale.

Exchanges follow the same rules as returns; the customer pays any price difference and new shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Many of our parts ship directly from the manufacturer and enter processing quickly. Once an order has been sent to a supplier, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Contact us immediately if you need a change — we'll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. Cancelled orders that have already been processed are treated as returns and subject to the restocking fee.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Custom and made-to-order parts (including custom colors, engraving, powder coat, and built-to-spec components) have extended production lead times, which vary by manufacturer. Lead times given are estimates, not guarantees. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The Sic Shop LLC is not responsible for carrier delays. If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact the carrier first; we will assist with claims where possible. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange replacement or refund for verified claims.
Warranty Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Products sold are aftermarket performance and stunt parts intended for off-road/closed-course use unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are handled by the manufacturer. The Sic Shop LLC makes no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Motorcycle riding and stunt riding are inherently dangerous; the customer assumes all risk associated with installation and use of purchased products. Professional installation is recommended.
Chargebacks
Contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks on orders processed as entered will be contested with order records, checkout confirmations, and delivery documentation.
