These brackets are extremely high quality CNC machined 6061 aluminum anodized black and comes with everything needed to use a stock rotor or can be upgraded to a 260mm Hayabusa 'BIG' rotor for full pad contact on the hand brake caliper.
The bracket used alone will hold (1) 4 piston radial caliper and (1) OEM Kawasaki (TOKICO) 03-12 foot brake caliper. The included brackets and hardware allow for an additional 4 piston caliper in either stock or 260mm big rotor applications.
When used on the stock rotor, the 4 piston caliper will not have full pad contact. A bit more than half of the pad will contact the rotor and the rest must be trimmed away to prevent failure.
A foot brake caliper adapter is required if you plan to use the stock foot brake caliper (2011+ GSXR)
* 2004-2010 model years will need to purchase a different foot brake caliper or use one of the 4 piston calipers for foot brake (there is no adapter available for the stock foot brake caliper). The recommended options are the OEM Nissin caliper found on R6/600RR/F4i etc or a Brembo P34. Both of these require an adapter to mount them to the main bracket.
